Match the level to your child's age: Level 1 ages 4–6, Level 2 ages 6–9, Level 3 ages 9–12. Give 1 gummy per day and aim for 6–8 minutes of active chewing before swallowing. Track progress on the included Chew Progress Card.
SUPERVISED USE ONLY — choking hazard. Not for children under 4. Stop Level 3 if jaw fatigue or pain occurs. Never give while lying down, walking, or in a vehicle.
