Take 1 sachet each evening, 30–60 minutes before bedtime. Dissolve the powder stick (Repair Drink) in 150 ml cold or room-temperature water and drink. Swallow the 2 green capsules. Swallow the 4 amber capsules with water. Use daily for a minimum of 30 consecutive days for optimal results.
