PHASE 1 (Days 1–10, RED sachets): Place 2 sublingual tablets under tongue, let dissolve. Dissolve powder stick in 100 ml cold water (do not use hot water) and drink. Swallow 2 orange and 2 amber capsules with water. Take with food. PHASE 2 (Days 11–30, BLUE sachets): Place 2 sublingual tablets under tongue. Dissolve powder stick in 200 ml water and drink. Swallow 3 blue and 2 amber capsules with water. Take with food. Complete the full 30-day protocol.
