Adult supervises first use to ensure comfort and correct placement. Ensure clean, dry skin. Peel tape from liner, place the H-center over the child's philtrum aligned with closed lips. Remove gently in the morning using the glow-in-dark pull tab.
Not for children with nasal obstruction, a cold, or chronic snoring without a pediatric sleep evaluation. Stop immediately if breathing feels restricted. Not for children under 4. Supervised first use.
